Founded in 2004, Precision Managed Technology Solutions has always been driven by one simple yet powerful mission: delivering best-in-class service to our diverse clientele, ranging from non-profits to finance organizations, as well as state and local government sectors.
Precision prioritizes business outcomes over technology, ensuring every solution is secure, efficient, impactful, and free from unnecessary contractual red tape. With over 45 years of combined IT experience, we specialize in staff augmentation, secure hosting, cybersecurity forensics, and seamless deployment, always focusing on driving results aligned with our clients' unique goals. We understand the challenges organizations face regarding hiring and outsourcing and work diligently to achieve their resource objectives cost-effectively, providing value while driving down costs for predictable budget streams.
As a culture-focused company, we lead with a customer and employee-first approach. All team members are W2 employees, and we do not engage in contractor-to-contractor placements, contributing to our 0% abandonment rate. Meet the PMTS Team
Tom Abraham
Tom Abraham is the Founder and Managing Partner of PMTS LLC, an IT solutions and services firm established in 2010. With more than 30 years of experience in the information technology industry, Tom has built a career centered on helping organizations leverage technology to achieve meaningful business outcomes. His expertise spans managed services, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and strategic technology consulting. Throughout his career, Tom has held leadership and executive sales positions with industry-leading organizations, including Cisco Systems, HPE Networking, ePlus, and NEC. These experiences have given him a broad perspective on the evolving technology landscape and a deep understanding of the challenges customers face in technology and high-impact software industries.
At PMTS LLC, Tom has cultivated a culture built on collaboration, accountability, and customer success. He firmly believes in the principles of teamwork and shared ownership. As Tom often says, no one at PMTS works for him—they work with him as part of a collaborative team where every voice is valued and every team member is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients.
Outside of his professional career, Tom’s family's experiences have fueled a deep commitment to supporting individuals with autism and other special needs. He is a passionate advocate for the Autism Society of America and is dedicated to helping create greater opportunities and awareness for special needs communities throughout Pennsylvania.
Tom also enjoys professional whitewater rafting and frequently tours the Lower Youghiogheny River in southwestern Pennsylvania. Tom brings the same principles to everything he does: integrity, teamwork, preparation, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
Jesse Waters
Jesse Waters is a communications professional with over twenty years’ experience in program management, strategic planning, and organizational development in private and public colleges, last serving as the Director of Community Impact for Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA. With local, regional, national, and international partners in scientific, artistic, and non-profit communities, Jesse spent 17 years developing programs and events that changed the lives of thousands of college students and citizens of the Keystone State. Moving into the private business sector, Jesse has provided communications and management consulting services associated with grant development and document/narrative design for such organizations as Facebook, New York Life Insurance, members of KEEN (Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network), and Kozar Engineering Inc.
A winner of the River Styx International Poetry Contest, runner-up for the Iowa Review Fiction Prize and Finalist in the DIAGRAM Innovative Fiction Prize and the Paul Bowles Fiction Award, Jesse’s fiction, poetry, and non-fiction work has been nominated for multiple Pushcart Prizes and has appeared nationally and internationally in many magazines and journals. His first collection of poems, Human Resources, was published by Inkbrush Press in 2011; his first collection of short fiction, So Let Me Get This Straight, was released by Paycock Press in Feb. of 2018; his last book, Burning Roses in My Garden -- the edited and translated selected/collected poems of internationally-celebrated activist Taslima Nasrin -- was released by Penguin Books in Sept. of 2023. Jesse is also CEO of Dandelion/The Human Remembrance Project, a non-profit dedicated to assisting a variety of communities in finding their personal and collective life stories with the support of LLMs.
Our Commitment to Giving Back
One of our true passions at Precision is giving back in order to benefit the community and individuals who mean so much to us. We are deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference, which is why we’ve chosen to support the Autism Society of America (ASA) as our primary philanthropic focus. A percentage of all Precision profits will be donated to the ASA to help fund vital resources and services for families affected by autism.
Autism diagnoses in the United States are on the rise—approximately 1 in 50 school-aged children were diagnosed in 2011, up from 1 in 87 just four years earlier. While the exact causes of autism remain unknown, the increasing prevalence presents a significant challenge for families, public services, and our collective ability to respond.
Through our partnership with the Autism Society of America, we aim to provide services and support to those who need it most, especially when access to these services is limited.
This initiative is not just a business decision for us; it’s a cause we care about deeply. Our team believes that the “impossible” doesn’t exist, and we are committed to making a difference. By supporting the ASA, we hope to contribute to the meaningful work they’re doing, helping to improve lives and create lasting change for individuals affected by autism.
